The Price of Hunting or Recreational Land in Georgia
Price and location will always be linked. The closer you are to a city or attraction, the more in demand the property will be, and the price will be higher, basic supply and demand. The price you pay does not make the property better or worse. It only makes it more expensive.
You have to decide weather or not there is value in the price. If the physical qualities and location are perfect, doesn’t it make it more valuable? At least to you it should. You can always find cheap land somewhere. But is it where you want it to be? And is it what you are looking for?
